Climate Change, Global Food Security, and the US Food System: Mapping Food Deserts in California
In this exercise you will work with census tract level data about food deserts in California. You will compare where food is being produced to where it is being consumed.
Technical skills you will learn:
- Working with attribute and spatial joins.
- Performing basic GIS analysis.
- Creating a final map product.
