This course is intended to teach intermediate Geographic Information Systems (GIS) concepts, methods and terminology using weather and climate case studies.

Technical skills you will learn:

  • Access raw precipitation data from NOAA.
  • Interpolate point data into a raster.
  • Create a departure from normal grid.
