BRIGHTE 2024 | Exploring Coastal Resilience and Flood Risk
The 2024 BRIGHTE workshop was attended by 17 early career faculty and students who learned about Exploring Coastal Resilience and Flood Risk through Geospatial Storytelling held on Aug. 12-13, 2024 at NSF NCAR in Boulder, CO.
This 2-day workshop explored novel approaches in geovisualization, providing exciting opportunities for visual communication of the risks and threats of storm surge to the public.

The next BRIGHTE workshop will take place in the summer of 2025 and will explore societal risk and resilience to extreme heat using geospatial tools and methods.
